The most valuable message you can send. If a fee, date, link or requirement on this site is wrong, tell us which page and what you saw on the government site instead. We will check it against the source and republish with a new checked date.
Privacy and data requests
Requests under data-protection law, and any question about the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not an immigration service and we have no access to any government system. We cannot:
- Check, chase or speed up your application. Only the office handling it can.
- Tell you whether you personally will be approved.
- Advise on a refusal, an overstay, a ban or a complicated case — speak to a regulated immigration adviser in the relevant country.
- Accept documents, passport numbers or payments. Please never send these.
