Plain terms for a site that asks nothing of you: no account, no payment, no contract beyond reading a page.

Using the site

You may read, print and share anything here for your own travel planning, and link to any page. You do not need permission to do so and there is nothing to sign up for.

What you may not do

• Republish our editorial content — the fees, checklists, notes and warnings — as if it were your own, in bulk or at scale.
• Present the site, or data taken from it, as an official government source or as affiliated with one.
• Use it to operate a paid "visa service" that resells information we publish for free.
• Scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. The whole site is static and the underlying data is openly available — ask us instead, and we will point you at it.

Accuracy and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard on accuracy and publish our sources and review dates so you can check us, but we do not warrant that any figure is current or complete. Please read the disclaimer — it is the part of these terms that actually matters.

Links out

We link to government portals and, where clearly labelled, to commercial services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their fees or their conduct. A link is not an endorsement, except where we say plainly that a portal is the official one.

Advertising and commercial links

The site carries advertising, and may in future carry affiliate links to services such as travel insurance. Where a link is paid, it is labelled as a paid service and it is never placed above the official government link for the same task. See how this site is funded.

Intellectual property

The requirement data derives from the open Passport Index dataset and is MIT licensed; the methodology page credits it. Our editorial writing, design, name and logo belong to eVisaChecker.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the effective date above changes with them. They are governed by the law of Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
