You can board a flight to Vanuatu on a passport from Seychelles with no visa. You may stay up to 120 days per visit. Immigration will still want to see a return ticket, somewhere to stay, and enough money for the trip.

Book your flight. Any site offering to sell you a Vanuatu visa, permit or "travel authorisation" for this trip is selling you something you do not need.
If you are travelling on a different passport, Vanuatu's official entry rules are at evisa.gov.vu.
Worth knowing
- Travellers from countries that are not visa-exempt must apply on evisa.gov.vu and be approved before they travel.
- Employment, commercial and business activities are not allowed on a tourist visa.
