Croatia passport Lithuania
No visa needed.
You can board a flight to Lithuania on a passport from Croatia with no visa. The officer on arrival sets how long you may stay. Immigration will still want to see a return ticket, somewhere to stay, and enough money for the trip.
There is nothing to apply for and nothing to pay.
Book your flight. Any site offering to sell you a Lithuania visa, permit or "travel authorisation" for this trip is selling you something you do not need.
If you are travelling on a different passport, Lithuania's official entry rules are at home-affairs.ec.europa.eu.
Apply no earlier than 6 months before you travel, and at least 15 days before you go.
